Want to use the sweep of your finger to monitor your packages? You can now by using the perfect Lifestyle Mobile Apps. Need to divide an expensive dinner tab? It’s not a 10-minute math problem anymore.
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store are constantly flooded with lifestyle applications that at the very least try to make our lives simpler.
Not only have many new applications been developed since we last looked, but several of our favorites have undergone redesigns and other similar modifications.
Here are some of the top lifestyle applications that have improved my life in some way, whether it be via better organization, useful advice, or new knowledge.
Must-Have Lifestyle Mobile Apps List
Yahoo! Weather (Category: Weather)
There are several weather applications available, and iPhones even come with one by default. Why then would you spend the additional time downloading Yahoo! Weather?
One of the most exquisitely made and user-friendly applications I’ve ever seen is Yahoo! Weather. It offers more information than a traditional weather app, but it also recognizes the sequence in which the user would find the information most useful.
The app displays the hourly weather, the week’s prediction, a map, the possibility of precipitation, wind and pressure rates, the dawn and sunset timings, and more. It also features a beautiful image of the location that was downloaded from Flickr. It’s simple to add new places, after which you may swipe between them. One of the applications that everyone may use without any training is this one.
Swarm (Category: Travel)
I love using my phone to check in at various locations, as anybody who knows me would attest. I was initially conflicted by the 2014 split of Foursquare into Swarm & Foursquare until I saw how much both of these applications enhanced my experience of checking in (Swarm) and discovering new locations (Foursquare).
You may connect with friends and relatives and keep track of the locations you often visit using the “lifelogging” software Swarm. Swarm provides you with the opportunity to check in to the kinds of places your friends like, in contrast to Foursquare, which concentrates on checking into places you and your friends may enjoy.
Swarm may track check-ins to any fitness establishment, for instance, if I discover that my buddies have visited the gym more often than I have. Instead of particular establishments, we frequent, it will provide me with the same information on restaurants and bars in general. (Caution: May heighten FOMO.)
Foursquare City Guide (Category: Food & Drink)
To check-in and share your location with friends, Foursquare is no longer utilized. The goal of Foursquare’s most recent update is to make it easier for you to discover new locations nearby.
Based on the users you follow or the subjects you’ve indicated you’re interested in, Foursquare City Guide recommends new locations to check out. For instance, if you indicate that you like Thai cuisine, Foursquare will constantly alert you when a Thai restaurant is closed.
The connection between the two applications is smooth if you want to check in at one of the places you’ve just heard about via Foursquare since it will take you to Swarm.
Slice (Category: Shopping)
I constantly check the tracking number whenever I make an online purchase to see when the item will arrive. Anyone who has ever purchased a new phone online will understand what I’m getting at. This is so much simpler using Slice.
Rakuten’s Slice app will go through your emails to find any purchase confirmations or tracking numbers. The information on when to expect your items, while they’re out for delivery, and when they’ve been delivered then will fill the page. You don’t need to fill in complicated tracking numbers; just link your emails, and you’re ready to go.
Snapguide (Category: Lifestyle)
Similar to Pinterest, Snapguide also gives how-to instructions for each item. In essence, it allows you to investigate whatever you could want to learn how to do on your own. This might be a brand-new dish, home décor, craft project, or even new strategies for games and tricks. Know about other Self Organizing Apps that can help you stay focused.
The mobile app directs you to how-to tutorials for a certain category when you click on it. Swiping through step-by-step directions with huge photos on how to finish the project gives you the option to learn whatever you desire.
